Built using SKB’s advanced vacuum-formed ABS polymer shell, this case delivers exceptional impact resistance against drops, collisions, and the daily crush hazards of crowded band halls and bus cargo compartments—safeguarding delicate leadpipes, valve casings, and bells from costly damage.
Featuring an aerodynamic, contoured silhouette, the case eliminates unnecessary bulk while offering superb balance during transport. Inside, a custom-molded, shock-absorbing EPS foam cradle lined with soft, non-abrasive plush fabric hugs the instrument firmly to prevent shifting. Dedicated interior receptacles keep two mouthpieces and essential valve oils securely stowed, while SKB’s heavy-duty aluminum valance and patented trigger-release latches ensure road-ready security year after year.
