RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new instrument. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for details.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date or purchase date (whichever is later). All returned items must be returned in the same condition as time of purchase or shipment from Fleming Musical Instruments & Repair.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, email Wes.Hughes@FlemingRepair.com or call Fleming Musical Instruments and Repair at 713-426-3663, to notify us of the incoming return. Place the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method and purchase shipping insurance for the return shipment.
We will not be able to process any refund or exchanges on items that return to us in diminished or damaged condition.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the instrument, we will process your refund/exchange. Please allow at least two business days to process returns. Refunds may take 3-5 billing days to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your bank.
