We have a highly unique "project" component in the shop today. This is an incomplete Shires U.S.A. tenor trombone bell and valve section, officially acquired from the United States Air Force surplus.
This section features a beautiful gold brass bell and a traditional rotor valve with a custom wrap. Because it was part of a military band arsenal, it appears the horn was utilized for parts, leaving us with this fantastic, though incomplete, bell section. If you are a trombone customizer, a repair tech, or a player looking to build out a boutique setup at a fraction of the cost, this is an incredible foundation to start from.
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before purchasing. This trombone is INCOMPLETE. It does NOT include a handslide, and it does NOT include the main tuning slide.
