Hans Hoyer 6802NSA Heritage Kruspe Style Series Double Horn with String Linkage and Detachable Bell Nickel Silver Plate
The Hans Hoyer 6802 Heritage Series French Horns are for professionals and college level students who are looking for the large dark “studio” sound without compromising control. The design was developed in close cooperation with some of the most influential and renowned artists in the world. The Hoyer is similar in design and construction to the pre-war Kruspe-Horner and Conn 8D horns.
The Hoyer 6802 has a slightly smaller bell throat than a similar Conn 8D (more L than XL), and a bit more weight to the bell that some other models. This has the electricity of tone from the all nickel body, but a projection and stability that allows the musician to improve control. Hand made in Germany. Featuring a .468" bore and 12.204" bell, nickel silver body, and detachable bell.
This horn was previously adult owned and is in excellent condition. It has gone through our repair shop and is in perfect playing condition. There is no evidence of any past repairs, and only a single minor dent needed removing
