Unlike the massive, dark-sounding Conn 8D, the 10D features a Geyer wrap design. This setup allows for a highly even transition between the F and Bb sides of the horn, making it a favorite among advancing students and professionals who need a lot of agility and a slightly more colorful core sound for solo, chamber, or light orchestral work.

Cosmetics: Player's Condition. This horn has been actively played and shows honest, standard wear. The clear lacquer is in solid shape overall, but there are some common flea bites and minor scratches on the bell flare. There are also a few small, shallow dents on the bell, but nothing deep or large, and the bell sits perfectly flat. It's a great looking horn that doesn't need to be babied.

Mechanics: Bench-Tested & Ready. Our in-house repair team has thoroughly gone through this horn. The rotary valves are smooth and quick, the compression is tight, and all slides pull exactly as they should. It is fully gig-ready.

Accessories: Includes an ultra-premium, black nylon Marcus Bonna (MB) compact flight case. This is an industry-standard, highly protective case featuring a stackable internal design where the bell sits securely on top of the body section in its own padded bag.
