We have a very unique, boutique component in the shop today. This is a custom B.A.C. (Best American Craftsmen) H-Series tenor trombone bell section only.
If you are a jazz or commercial player looking to hot-rod your current medium-large (.525") bore setup, this is an incredible opportunity. B.A.C. is famous for their highly customized, handcrafted instruments, and this bell section provides a beautifully warm, broad, and nuanced tonal palette that you simply won't get from standard factory models.

Rose Brass Bell: Features a stunning 8.5-inch rose brass bell (stamped 8.5AR). The higher copper content provides an incredibly warm, lush, and velvety core sound that sounds fantastic in a jazz combo or solo setting.

Condition & Shop Inspection

Cosmetics: Great Player's Condition. This bell section has been played and shows honest use. The bell flare itself is in great shape. You will notice some standard acid bleed/tarnish on the brass tuning slide. We want to be entirely transparent: this is purely cosmetic acid bleed from the lacquer and is NOT red rot. It is structurally completely sound.

Mechanics: Bench-Tested & Ready. Our in-house repair team has inspected this bell section. The tuning slide pulls smoothly, the solder joints are solid, and it is ready to be paired with your favorite handslide.
