The Series I had a very short production run in the early 1980s, serving as the bridge between the Mark VII and the long-running Series II. They have a very loyal following among players who want the modern, comfortable Selmer ergonomics paired with a slightly more focused and punchy tonal core. Finding one of these, let alone one in silver plate, doesn't happen every day.

The $600 COA & Polish Upgrade: If you want this horn looking like it just rolled out of the Paris factory, we are offering a full shop restoration package for an additional $600. This includes a complete Clean, Oil, and Adjust (COA) to get the mechanics playing perfectly, along with a meticulous hand-polish of the silver plate. Please note: If you select this upgrade, the horn will ship exactly one week after purchase to allow our bench time to complete the work.
