A rare breed of 88H's, this special horn bolsters the ever prominent O.E. Thayer valve. Combine the special charecterisitcs of the 88H and pair it with one of the most popular valves to ever hit the market and you get one fantastic horn.
This instrument has seen some modifications and signs of the customization can be seen throughout the body of the instrument. First off, the instrument has two interchangeable bells that can be swapped with ease. Solder staining and surface scratches can be seen were the previous braces were and where the current ones are. Mechanically, this instrument is in fantastic shape. The handslide is smooth and has great action. The original O.E. Thayer valve still seems to have good compression and moves well.
