Pre-Owned Getzen Custom Series 3047 Professional Tenor Trombone - Open Wrap
We have a fantastic American-made professional large bore tenor trombone on the bench today. The Getzen Custom Series 3047 is a heavyweight in the orchestral and symphonic world, known for its incredibly even response, industry-leading slide action, and a rich, resonant tone that easily fills a concert hall.
This specific horn, bearing serial number 2095, features an open-wrap F-attachment configuration finished in clear lacquer. The open-wrap design drastically reduces back-pressure when the valve is engaged, allowing for a seamless, free-blowing transition between the open horn and the lower register. Built around a standard .547" large symphonic bore and an 8.5-inch bell, it delivers the breadth and core projection that serious advancing students, collegiate players, and professionals demand.
