Vintage Vincent Bach Stradivarius Custom Professional Eb Trumpet (#239 Bell) - Silver Plated
We have another remarkable custom orchestral specialty instrument on the bench today. Classical soloists and symphonic players often face a difficult trade-off when tackling demanding high Eb literature: standard Eb trumpets can sound bright, tight, or laser-like, lacking the warmth, breadth, and room-filling core needed to blend with a full symphony orchestra or fill a concert hall.
This custom Vincent Bach Stradivarius Eb trumpet is the ultimate symphonic solution. Built with a dedicated Eb-pitch valve chassis, it has been paired with a full-size #239 yellow brass bell. Renowned for offering Bach's darkest and most focused orchestral taper, the #239 bell flare completely transforms the horn's acoustic character. It delivers the effortless high-register security, lighter fingerings, and nimble response of an Eb trumpet, while retaining the deep, rich overtone core and broad projection of a full-sized orchestral C trumpet.
Carrying serial number 155844 with the factory "EL" stamp above the serial block, this late-1970s Elkhart horn was purposefully built for the discerning symphonic player who demands high-register precision without sacrificing full, warm tone quality.
